We want to make our returns policy as easy as possible for you.
WHAT can be returned?
All products are refundable although some restrictions apply.
If you've accidentally purchased the wrong item/s or you have changed your mind and would like to return your order, then please contact us immediately so we can arrange for the return of the goods. If items have not been shipped, a refund will be immediately issued minus any PayPal or Credit Card fee assosiated with the initial payment.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Item/s must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
I will message you with a return address.
HOW do I return items?
Item/s must be sent back in its original new and unopened condition and in its original undamaged packaging. Please repack and reseal the original parcel and via your local Australia Post outlet, purchase the equivalent postage with tracking.
Please re-use the original packaging materials for all returns.
POSTAGE/SHIPPING costs for returns?
Original postage/shipping costs are non-refundable for incorrect products purchased or for change of mind. Buyer must pay for return postage/shipping with tracking. If I have sent you the incorrect product, please also follow the above instructions as the same conditions apply, although return postage/shipping will be paid by me and the correct product will be sent at no further cost.
What happens next?
Once item/s have been received an inspected, your refund will be for the purchase cost of the goods (the original postage/shipping charges are non-refundable) and the refund will be given the same way payment was originally received. ie. If you made payment via Direct Deposit, then I will email you to request your banking details and payment will be made into your nominated bank account. If you paid via PayPal, then I will send you a Partial Refund. If you paid via credit card, then the refund will be issued to your card.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if you desire something in exchange for your returned item, take a look around our site and place a new order. We'll work out what's owing (allowing for the refund) and a new total will be sent if any money is outstanding. If we owe you money, then we will process a refund as above. All other terms and conditions are as above.
*Please note* - Any product/item that has been opened cannot be returned due to health regulations.
*Discontinued product disclaimer* - Products that are marked "discontinued or promotional" cannot be guaranteed to be "fresh". If you have any concerns about a product listed, please contact us prior to purchasing.
